Paper Players Challenge #56

Hi friends ~

Late yesterday afternoon BFF and I managed a little time cyber crafting while my chicken pie was in the oven. We chose to use the Clean and Simple Sketch #56 over at The Paper Players.

Earlier I had picked up a few of the new Chunky Kit Kat bars for some of my work mates - they all have a sweet tooth and now and then we treat each other. I decided to make some little 'extra long' gift boxes to package them in.

These are the two colours I went with ... Early Espresso for the boys and Pumpkin Pie for the girls. Unfortunately the photo doesn't show the shimmer on the individual chocolates but I can assure you they were sprayed quite liberally with my Champagne Shimmer Mist. Love that stuff!!!

Julia has a fabulous little tute on how to achieve an 'extra long' Pillow Box.

I notice no Winners & Losers on tv tonight so I guess I have a date with my ironing board instead. Hope your night is a lot more exciting than mine *smile*.

  6. Ah... night with an ironing board. Now that's a date :-) However, I am so pleased you and your BFF had some cyber stamping time and you shared this fabulous project with the Paper Players. Your work colleagues must have loved these beautifully presented Kit Kat's. Now you have me craving a KitKat and I can only get the US version which is way too sweet for me :-)
Fabulous project and thanks for sharing the link on how to get the extra long pillow box, I need to go check that out
