The Not Quite Navy Version

Hello lovely friends ~

I did say I'd show you the other card I made and here it is...

My photograph makes it look like I've used a couple of different blues.  I assure you it is all Not Quite Navy and Very Vanilla - would be nice if the ribbon was NQN also but I've never had a lot of success dying my ribbons - they tend to rub off onto the c/s no matter how dry I wait for them to get.

As you can see it's exactly the same as the Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla card I made for the ATS bingo challenge posted yesterday.

So...who's excited about the new Catalogue release coming soon?  I know I am.  Can't wait for new 'stuff'.

  4. Both cards are gorgeous Patrice - love the flowers and ribbon with that gorgeous now. Definitely excited about the new catalogues - for the first time EVER the UK catalogue is going to have exactly the same goodies as the Australian and American catalogues! About time......can're wait to get my hands on a copy.

  6. Difficult to choose a colour favourite, as both are stunning in my book. I think your VV ribbon works better on this than NQN would, but just my opinion. :)

  9. Ha - as you can probably guess ;) I'm leaning towards this colour way as my fav. Both beautiful cards P. Love how you layered the vogue flowers and then used the doily underneath. Gorgeous layers of detail!
