It's been a bit of a busy time here lately with visiting the various high school open nights. I can't believe my Gorgeous Kid is off to a new BIGGER school next year...he's just so little compared to so many of the other Year 6 kids I've been seeing. The big decision needs to be made soon. Not easy...
I used the Floral Fusion Sizzlit Die to cut my flowers in Daffodil Delight and layered some So Saffron flowers on top securing them with the cute Mini Brads. Each flower is popped up on a dimensional and lightly sprayed with Champagne Shimmer Mist. Sometimes less is more...in my opinion at least lol.
Pop over to JAI and check out our Colour Challenge this week. The design team has some gorgeous inspiration to get you started. Hope to see your entries linked up this week.
Love, love, love the Floral Fusion flowers! I use them all the time. They're all you really need on a card, and you've proved that with your clean and simple card. So dainty and so pretty. :)
ReplyDeleteTotally agree sometimes less is more, and in this case is just perfect, very beautiful.

ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic Patrice. I have trouble using this die but you have totally rocked it. This was a HARD colour combo.
ReplyDeleteI don't envy you with the school decision. We had a hard time deciding on primary - thank goodness we've got 5-1/2 years (I hope) before we have to go down that road again. Good Luck, but I'm sure you will make the best choice :)
