Hi there and happy Tuesday ~
A dear friend of mine is once again battling breast cancer. She found out only a few weeks ago and goes in for surgery tomorrow. I made her this card to let her know I'm thinking of her.
You'll recognise the layout as one of my 'go to' styles. It's also a 'square' card, of which I'm very fond lately. I went for a black base as a way of acknowledging her 'bad' news, and pink embellies for 'breast cancer' of course. Not sure of those pearls but I know she loves them so I had to include them somewhere.
So love your card, and your flowers are so cute, very sorry for your friend - that is such crappy news. x
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card, for such a sad reason, l'm sure your friend will love it and appreciate your kindness Patrice. xxx
ReplyDeleteIt's a beauty. We are both standing on the supporting sidelines for the same reasons this week. I hate it. On the plus side - your friend will be really happy with your card, who couldn't smile at such loveliness.
ReplyDeleteHope the surgery goes well for her. I'm sure she will appreciate your beautiful card and lovely thoughts that go with it.
ReplyDeleteOh Patrice, so very sorry to hear about your friend and we pray for lots of love, strength and support for her... How wonderful to have a friend like you to make her such a beautiful card. It is absolutely stunning and I am sure will give her comfort during this time. hugs Sharon x
